Qualification and Experience

Master's Degree in Education or Nursing Education
Knowledge of tertiary education system will be an asset
Post basic training certification in a related specialization (Nursing)
Must be a Registered Nurse with current license to practice Nursing in Jamaica
At least three (3) years nursing experience
At least two (2) years teaching experience

Requirements

Teach both the clinical and theoretical areas of Nursing
Demonstrate technical knowledge, skills and principles of teaching
Maintain supportive professional relationship with students
Display good oral and written communication skills
Promote team work and cooperation
